Yes it's only sold in Walmart. I believe it does cover up tattoos. That's what it says on the packaging. It's really thick so a little bit goes a long way. I had it but had to bring it back because it broke my face out.

To bad you don't have a Walmart near you ;/...If you have time you can order it online at Walmart.com...I have I'm the past because I wanted to try there glitter glue (which sucked for glitter ;/but worked well for foiling pigments) any how it only took 2 days to arrive. But yes it does cover tattoos I use it on my hubby's arm pice which is really large and dark and with the small concealer pencil that comes with it,the tattoo was non existent. He couldn't even believe it ;)

Yes, it will cover your tattoos! I used it for the tattoos on my forearms for my old job.

You can purchase online from walmart, shipping is fairly inexpensive. I like this concealer but make sure you set it well because it creases terribly under my eyes if not properly set with powder. Also, you may have to figure out a technique but I'm not so sure about the tattoo covering ability as I've never been able to successfully cover my acne scars with it 100%.
The trick with covering tattoos is to neutralize before concealing so maybe that may help

Stephany, neutralizing is just canceling out colors. To figure out what colors will neutralize, you need to look at the color of you problem (in this case your tattoo) and look across it on the color wheel and that will be your neutralizer!
It's just like green tints are used for redness or yellow or peach for dark under eyes. When I had platinum blonde hair, I had to use a purple shampoo to counteract yellow tones.

Just find a concealer in this neutralizing color and apply before glamoflauge and that should do the trick.
