Honestly just use a great primer & any brand will work. I use the UD shadow primer potion n elf shadows & all I get are compliments.

I agree get a good primer! Personally I prefer costal scents pallets though.

I agree with Maral. But the easiest to work with IMO is bh cosmetics very pigmented.
