You want to use a lot of makeup because if not the lighting will really make you look pale and for blush you can use a bright reddish pink eye shadow it's better than actual blush.

I'm in professional plays every year or so... Use a true red lipstick + matching lip liner, foundation if you need it but personally I don't need it, lots of blush but make sure its not bright pink, eyeliner and mascara as normal, and whatever color eyeshadow. I prefer not to go too heavily on eyeshadow as I feel it makes it too fake. I do my own makeup and perform in veryy large theaters and many audience members compliment me on my makeup after the show. Hope I helped!
