There are no "the best". you have to find what works for you that being said, pretty much any high end brush (urban decay, sephora, too face, MAC). real techniques and sigma, maybe crown. and ecotools for a budget.

I love my Sedona Lace brushes. They're like a cheaper version of Sigmas brushes.
