No it is not complimentary to your skin tone, it would be a hard colour to wear even on me and I'm quite fair. It's a bit of a Nicky minaj look and I'm not really into her style. Look at the makeup choices that Halle berri or kerry Washington use and try that it's a much more natural look. makeup should accentuate your features not overpower them. All the best x
