Help! My Nails Won't Grow.

I've recently had my acrylic nails removed and my nails are taking forever to grow back.. Any suggestions on how to speed them up?

Well all you have to do is put a clear coat on your nails everyday for a month that is what helped my nails.

I ussually put my hands in warm water for 15 mins at night then moist them with lotion but a lot massage your nails do it every day I did and my nails are growing a lot faster this is a tip from my gamm gamm.

Opi nail envy I used it after having my acrylics removed and they are nice and hard now.

OPI nail envy is good also try Essie's Rock solid, and Nailtiques formula in 2 I think. Saved my nails.
