So this is my little work space where I'm going to be doing my video tutorials, but I don't know what to or where to put my camera so that it will be at the right height.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)

Maybe you could put it on something of perfect height for you? maybe a box or something lol thats gets the right angle that you need just play around till you get the perfect height :)

I've tried a bunch of different boxes and they're either just too high or just too low or a stupid angle. ha.

I think you should have it at face hight so if on top of the monitor is right then go for that if not then put it on a box or something and move it about till its at the right angle/ hight if you can try and angle it so that your facing the window to get good natural lighting , you don't really want the window lighting just half your face :)
