Can you use daily vitamins for hair growth? I know prenatal and biotin works, but what about just regular vitamins?

They won't help as much, but definitely if a lack of vitamins is causing your hair not to grow, they should.

I think the best way is to stop curling or straighteen your hair, cut the ends to help growing and also start doing natural home remedies just let the hair remax and you will see good results :)
