I was thinking about doing a turquoise eyeliner maybe because my eyes are green or maybe a gold one. Give me ideas!

Maybe you could try something like blue mascara (if that's something you're into), and a dab of black eyeliner on your top lid, as it's less of a drastic change. Otherwise I think that a nice blue eyeliner on your top lid (not too dark, and not too thickly applied) would compliment your skin tone and your eye colour.

I also reckon red lipstick would look nice on you. But then do a thin line of black eyeliner on your top lid instead of blue:)
