Try using a primer and then setting it with the same color eyeshadow. it works for me.

Hi Tammy,

Are you currently using an eye primer? I'm in love with both Urban Decay's Primer Potion and Too Faced's Shadow Insurance.

You can also try putting a sealer over your liner such as Bare Minerals' Weather Everything Liner Sealer.
