Something I think is really cool is doing a neutral brown smokey eye on the top but with a "pop" of color on the bottom by lining it w a color such as the one you have :)

Ok so do this: Apply a light shimmery color all over your lid, and a matte brown in your crease. Then, for just a hint of blue, apply your eyeliner to the water line. :)
