Blue eyeliner, how to wear?

I brought blue eyeliner a few days ago I don't know how to wear it :| can somebody send me a nice pic? btw I did this by myself but I'm not sure about it.

Something I think is really cool is doing a neutral brown smokey eye on the top but with a "pop" of color on the bottom by lining it w a color such as the one you have :)

It looks great as a pop of colour on the lower lash line , or also if you're doing a cat eye and trace the liner on top with a thin line, kind of like this but with blue instead of white

Ok so do this: Apply a light shimmery color all over your lid, and a matte brown in your crease. Then, for just a hint of blue, apply your eyeliner to the water line. :)
