Xenon International Academy portfolios?

So I'm going to attend Xenon in Omaha this fall and did a campus tour yesterday. I fell in love with their school and program. Anyone on here attending or will be? Do they provide portfolios for their students? I completely forgot to ask and if not, how would I create my own yet still be professional with it?
