I use Avon it may seem cheep but it is the best I tried every thing nothing seemed to suit me but it works aswome.

Try physicians formula. It has great staying power for a drugstore gel liner and I've never had any problems with dying out. The containers are also stackable if you should want to buy more than one color. :)

Have you tried the ziploc bag trick?
Boil some water & pour into a small glass bowl, then put your eyeliner pot (lid tightly ON) inside a ziploc bag, and put the bag in the hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Make sure the lid is on tightly and the ziploc is definitely sealed 100% before you put in the water!
After 10-15 minutes, take it all out and your gel eyeliner will be like new!
