I prefer to shop online for all my things but when it comes to makeup I have no idea what online stores have good quality makeup but not so expensive either. Does anyone know??

Ulta has some drugstore brands and some high end brands. If you needs tools, try elf or sigma and I second Emma on sephora.

I order my bourjois makeup from asos. Even though I'm in Canada and can get it in store, it still cheaper on asos. And their shipping is free.
