Split end problems, help!

I straighten my hair very often so I have pretty bad split ends. I use a shampoo and conditioner with breakage protection and I also use garnier fructis moraccan oil treatment but it seems like I still keep getting split ends. I trimmed my hair recently too but the split ends came back. Any suggestions for good split end treatment?

Macadamia products they helped my split ends! And I got a trim before I started with the treatments (:
