Hi, have you looked on eBay for closest beads? That's where I got mine. Failing that you could take on a craft project and make your own?
Or you could get a sheer curtain in any colour you like, some even have glitter or sequins on them.

They have over the toilet storage things that would probably fit perfectly in there, it would give extra shelving and whatever else you may need, probably have some inexpensive ones are Target or Walmart maybe.

I would install shelves and cover it up with a curtain of your choice.

I would put a lot more shelves in to display your shoes in a fun way or just take them out and put a bean bag or something in there lol.
