I need help! I have black eyebrows and plucked to much. they are still ok but I want those full strong shaped brows back. which products should I use as in browpencils? I don't want them fully black but more of a brown color to soften my face/expressions.

Any of these products available in europe? or else I have to wait for another 4 monts until I get to the US.

This isn't a brow pencil, but Sephora's makeup forever line has a product called aqua brow and it's applied with an angeled brush like a gel liner- but this stuff is amazing...it's water/sweat proof, looks very natural when it's dry, it dries to a powdery finish, it is amazing, I love this stuff, and it only takes a tiny bit to fill in your brows so this lasts a really long time. I love this stuff, I'm not sure if you have a sephora over in europe but if so, it's deff soooo worth it to check out!! What stores are available to you? Do you have sleek cosmetics by you, or at a store near you? if so- they have a lot of good products, but since you want to soften your brows I would suggest using a brow powder, and then a pencil to outline them with, so you can use both (and also keep in mind, that most brow pencils are the same, some are less waxy than others though). And sleek has a really good product that will work great for you... it's their brow kit in dark or extra dark. It comes with a powder and a dark colored wax to hold your brows in place, and fill them in as well. You can also look for NYX's brow marker, it's found at ulta and other beauty stores, it is a marker that dries to a powdery finish, it draws very fine lines so you can either outline with it and fill in- or you can draw tiny lines to fill brows in like hair lines to make it look more natural. Those are just a few of my suggestions though. you will find what works for you :)
