BareMinerals Prime Time eyelid primer. It was a little too dry for me, but it did prevent creasing on my hooded lids, and I can imagine it would work even better for someone with oily lids because it's not watery and it dries quickly. I wish I could recommend a drugstore primer, but the only one I've tried (ELF's primer) is very thin and it just doesn't seem to work as well.

A primer won't do anything in this case I think it's revlon that has a photo ready translucent powder it's pressed.

My eye lids are normally oily too. I use primer and sometimes my face powder and that seems to help but first I make sure they are pretty clean!

I have oily lids too. I use Urban Decay's eye primer and even sometimes that doesn't help. It does bring down the oilyness to my lid but I mainly blame it on my hooded lids.

Revlon color stay foundation is awesome for oily skin! Keeps your face really matte. Rimmel stay matte powder is the one of the best drugstore powders to keep your face matte also. And definitely use an eyeshadow primer on your lids or a really good cream eye shadow underneath your normal shadows. Maybelline color tattoos work well for that :) hope this helps!!
