For mine, I curled my hair in looser curls and just did that. It was simple and looked good. :)
But, if you have a hard time keeping curl in your hair then I wouldn't suggest it.
I'm in basically the same boat. I have my senior pictures coming up soon and I'm definitely nervous. From one senior to the other: do not pull your hair all the way back. You'll look bald and it'll just be bad news. If you want something classic, try just flat ironing all of your hair and leaving your bangs down. Maybe curl the ends. Make sure to hairspray and smooth everything down so you don't have fly aways.
But don't try anything too different from your normal hairstyle. Your senior pictures are about you, not someone else. So don't look like someone else.
