Ingrown hair (Help!)

Does anyone else have the tendency to get ingrown hairs? I get them on my legs mostly. I can usually get them out with a tweezers but i can only get as much as i can reach that way. I was wondering if anyone had a clever method of getting rid of those elusive hairs that you can't reach. For example, they outside of your legs.

You have to scrub twice a week. That will soften the skin and remove dead skin cells. Then the hair can grow easily trough your skin.
