You can use two things to fill in your eye brows: brow powder/eyeshadow or brow pencils. With brow pencils, you basically fill in your brow by coloring in where your brow is or where you want it to be. However, sometimes these can leave your brow darker in some places and lighters in others if you're not careful. For this reason, I prefer using a dark eyeshadow. I use any dark brown eyeshadow that I have, and using an angled liner brush, I outline the top of my brow, then the bottom of my brow, then I fill it in. I also make sure that my eyebrow ends in a sharp point. Also, because it's just eyeshadow, if you make a mistake, you can wipe it off like you would your eye makeup.
You just have to experiment! It took me forever just to find a color that looked god since I'm a blonde. The best way to go is just stick with your natural shape and make sure the color you're using is the right one. If you have dark hair you should go about two to three shades lighter than you would think, and if you have fair hair you should go two to three shades darker.Good luck :)

I hope that helps! :)
