You can take prenatal vitamins that wont harm your body but will make them grow faster! And then just paint them, maybe the paint will stop you from biting.
Try not to paint your nails to much because when you remove it, it causes damage to the nails enamel. Be sure to try and keep the underneath layer of the nail clean. Also i have found that the Sally Hansen strengthening and growth gel products work really well. When my nails had really bad damage i filed them a little to smooth them and then added some Sally Hansen. It works! :)

Put garlic on your clear nail polish and use it alone, or of you are sensitive to smells eat gelatin. :D
