I'm kind of a drugstore girl, so for me WnW works well. I really like Essence's gel liner, but it doesn't come off! They're both really highly pigmented.
MAC's Blacktrack is an amazing jet black, but Blitz And Glitz by MAC is also an amazing option if you're looking for a little extra something. It's a dark black with a very subtle gold shimmer to it that just brings so much more light to your eyes. A personal favorite.

I absolutely love BH Cosmetics' gel liner in onyx and their pen liner as well as ELF's pen liner.
