Wet n Wild! I'm sure there are plenty of better ones out there, but for a cheap drugstore alternative, that is still good quality, it doesn't get better than WnW!
I have to say, I've tried a lot of black gel liners but my favorite remains black track by MAC. It doesn't smear or transfer like some of the others I've tried and the black is extremely dark and doesn't really fade. I also love the smooth application. It's definitely a bit pricy, as it is MAC, but it's definitely worth it.
Stila Smudge Pot. :) It can be used as a cream eyeshadow as well!
I like liquid liner, but i feel like the angle brush is easier to work with and doesnt give a messy line.
The stila smudge pot is very long lasting and doesnt dry out at all in the pot- i left it open for a day and i came back to it still creamy. It doesnt crease at all and lasts all day. The only thing is that you have to make sure you apply the right amount because if you use only very little, it wont be as black as you want it to be.
My favorite is the Mark. Keep It Going Longwear Eyeliner & Shadow.
It comes in 7 different shade duos. So you're getting 2 in 1 and they're very pigmented and long wearing.

wet & wild, mac--I have, though forgotten to put lids back on while in a hurry & ruined whole pots-they tend to dry up pretty quickly.

Wet n' wild gel liner. Just make sure to put the lid on tightly right when finished using. For about 3-4 bucks it's AMAZING.
