weekly hot oil treatment and use heat protection spray before using flat irons and curling irons, etc. Matrix Biolage is a great brand for damaged hair.

I use a good product that can help you to restore the damaged hair, it's Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil which is really good, it protects the hair, makes it stronger and keeps it soft, shiny and healthy. :) I bought it at safrons.com :D

Healthy diet, no brushing your hair when it's dry, no tight hair bands and less heat styling. Try using essential oils to help prevent split ends and dryness, argan oil is good. Pro Naturals has a whole line of argan oil products at beyas.ca for repairing and nourishing hair. If you already have split ends, you need to get them trimmed.

Put your hair in a brain while you sleep, and when it's windy outside, put your hair in a loose bun. Also, a mixture of olive oil and egg white helped my hair calm down. It feels really gross in your hair, but mix it up and leave it in for an hour or so. Rinse it with gentle shampoo and skip the conditioner.
