yes deep condition atleast once a week i use pantene and i always use a leave in conditioner after i was my hair and makes a load of a difference i use triple moisture from the drug stores and i love it!! makes my hair so smooth also using coconute oil is suppose to work too.
infusium 23 repair & renew leave-in treatment. i put it in every time after i wash my hair. found at almost any drugstore. you can buy a 33 oz bottle for about $8 to $10.
Coconut oil is amazing. For skin hair nails you can eat it too. You have to get organic extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil and its in the cooking isle at a health food store. Highly recommend googling it
I would stay away from using too many hair products to treat dry hair. There are so many unnecessary chemicals in those products that are harmful to your hair. A very great hair treatment, that is recommended to do once a week is first, heat olive oil and honey to a boil. Secondly, cool, then comb through your hair. Finally, let sit and then wash with luke warm water. This is suppose to hydrate hair and help your hair stay smooth and grow faster.
I suffered from dry hair for a really long time! I started washing my hair less (Not in a gross way, just tried to go 2 days without washing rather than one!) and also spent a little more on a conditioner. I looked around for the best one that suited my hair type. Now, about 2 months later and after a good hair cut, I am back to nourished shiny hair!
I also did a little cooking. I looked at the ingredients that were supposed to aid dry hair and looked around for DIY hair masks! they worked a treat.
Schwarzkopf deep conditioners, any schwazrzkopf hair care products. Use argan oil or almond oil after showering. Shower less. Eat healthy & exercise. http://meine-schadenfreude.blogspot...
Coconut oil=amaaaazing. It's natural and works like magic. Overnight mask it for the best results (I invested in a cheap beanie exactly for this purpose). I'm a bleach addict so you know I know what dry hair is all about ; )
Argan oil is also fantastic. Other hair savers (although not natural) have included CHI protein spray, Fekkai color technician mask, It's a 10 products, and Joico K-Pak products. I've tried aa lot of stuff, so hopefully this is helpful for you!
Definitely try coconut oil!! I also have thick, wavy hair, and using coconut oil as a hair mask has improved the condition of my hair. When I use it, I leave it on at least 1 hour, however overnight is best if you are able to. Plus, it really isn't that expensive and lasts a long time!
you defently dont want to use any chemicals in your hair stay away from this one brand called Insusium21 it can dry out make your hair oily or worse your hair could fall right out of your head
Use a hair mask that consists of egg (both yolk and whites) coconut oil and honey. Mix it together and put on your hair probly once a week and your hair should be silky and smooth (;
Olive Oil works wonders Marocan oil is good but over use can cause really bad breakage arigon oil which comes from some part of the same plant where we get marcon oil is also very good for your hair. I have dry thinck brittle on the ends curly hair and I find it helps to do a hair mask once a month and I put olive oil on the end of my hair 2 or 3 times a week
I use Herbal Essences Coconut moisture system in the shower. Then every other hair wash I use Garnier Triple nutrition leave in conditioner in addition to that. Then I use the Triple Nutrition sray by spraying it on my hands and running it through my hair. Trust me, I have really thick wavy hair too and this helps a lot :)
