I have this crap eyeshadow and It doesn't show up on my eyes very well. I heard that a good eyeshadow primer will help it show up better on my eyes. the crap eyeshadow is white, so maybe white eyeshadow is always dull??? does anybody know a good eyeshadow primer??
Primer always helps! You could always try applying it wet to intensify the color as well. I'd recommend UD's Primer Potion or Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance
Too Faced Shadow Insurance is my favourite, too. You could try matching the eyeshadow's colour with a cream eyeshadow/jumbo pencil and applying that before.
UD Primer Potion is an awesome primer. But if you want white to really pop, I'd go with Morena on this one. Try NYX's Jumbo eye pencil in Milk (a fav of mine) or something similar to that :)
Milani has great eye pencils too that are often easier to access than NYX. If you don't want to spend too much on an eye primer, the L'Oreal Decrease has been working really well for me and I have fairly oily lids.
