Hey guys I figure it's time that I start living healthy. Now I'm only 13 but still you know u gotta stay healthy no matter how old you are. I ran around my block once and walked around it once. I also made myself a breakfast smoothie. If I inspired any of you to start living healthy then that's awesome :D so tell me if it did I'd love to hear how it's going!
Breakfast smoothie (two servings)
• 6 or 7 strawberries
• 1 banana
• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 cup ice

Substitute yogurt for the ice cream and it will make it much healthier. :) I like mixed berries better than strawnanna; but that's a personal preference!
