Pantone And Sephora?

So my fiancée just bought her first big eyeshadow palate. She got the Pantone and Sephora palate. It's called like "inspired by nature" or something. Anybody have any experience with Pantone? The girl who was working at Sephora said she was pleasantly surprised with the pigment because Pantone's pigments aren't usually that good. Pantone yay or nay?
