try nyx, slide on in brown perfection, brown will open your eyes and not look harsh like black, and the eye liner is like $8-9

you can always use a brown eyeshadow as eyeliner. it will always be much lighter then a liquid eyeliner and it is basically mistake-proof.

if you want really good brushes that are cheap I would go to e.l.f. that is where I get most of my brushes from now. They are from one dollar to about twelve. I use to buy all my brushes at Ulta and Sephora, but e.l.f. are just as good if not better! You can't beat the cost and there make-up is awesome to and starts at one dollar! It was started by a man that was shocked about how much money his wife was spending on make-up so he decided he could make the same if not better make-up than what she was buying for a cheaper price and he did!

I cant remember exactly but its from a Bazaar (market) in dubai it comes with a brush and a brown gel liner for eyebrows for about £4 ;)

I got a gel eyeliner form Dubai and it is called ADS long-wear gel eyeliner and it is by far the best eyeliner i have ever used . It works perfectly on the lashline and waterline you wont even need to set it with eyeshadow i guarantee you will be inpresstd !! ;) I would acctually say it is better then the mayballine and loreal gel liners and it is so much more affordable !

I recommend WetnWild liquid eyeliner. It's great, cheap and you can buy it at basically any drugstore

If you're looking for something easy to use, get the 12 dollar waterproof retractable eyeliner from Sephora (in stores and online). If you want something harder to apply but much cheaper and more pigmented, get Wet n Wild liquid eyeliner (in drugstores).

I ordered mine from amazon. But you can buy some pretty decent ones for cheap at Walmart or go to sephora or ulta for nicer more expensive ones.

For eyeliner I use a skinny eyeliner brush that is wet and then dip it in an eyeshadow of any shade. You can use any color that way.
