What are Your Weirdest Makeup Habits

I never use more than one brush for my eyeshadow, I just swirl it around in a kleenex or on my hand before switching colors. Also, I can't do makeup on one eye then the other, I HAVE to do them at the same time or I forget what I did..

I apply my mascara really weirdly. I blink to apply it, it's really hard to explain but it's seriously weird. Also... sometimes I do eeny meeny to decide which foundation I want to wear for that day (lol embarrassing)

i have so so many, but to me they're not weird. in my opinion, i believe that makeup has no rules and can be used for absolutely everything, even arts and crafts and other things can be used as makeup.

so some of my habits are :

-using 5 different mascaras to perfect my lashes
-covering my lips slightly with concealer (during winter mostly, my lips are bright bright red and its hard to get a different colored lipstick without it basically mixing in with my red lips)
-using eye shadow as a highlight or blush
-putting on my foundation 1st, then in the end i have to basically re-do it because of fallout shadow.
-using a lighter to heat up my eyelash curler (its like a mini curling iron for your lashes.. BE CAREFUL)
-and of course, what most girls probably do when applying mascara.. opening your mouth extremely wide making yourself look like an idiot!!

one weird thing that I do is the same as you Julia, I apply my foundation, blush, concealed the whole shebang before I do my eye make up. guess just in case I don't have time to do my whole eye makeup? no idea. another thing I do is I like to mix concealed or foundation with my moisturizer because if makes both last a lot longer, goes on smoother, and just cheaper.

but my favorite weird thing I do is opening my mouth or staring at my chin to get my mascara on just right. when I do people's makeup, I make them look at my chin, and then the middle of my forehead. helps put it on, and if they are a blinker, don't blink as much.

-I don't use liquid eyeliner. I buy a matte black eyeshadow & wet the hell out of it with setting spray until it's all soggy & gross. It goes on like a really watery gel liner. lol

-I never do my nail polish neatly bc I know the polish will always come off my skin in the shower.

-I like using paint brushes with taklon bristles from craft stores for my makeup. I find the best liner brushes there.

Ive used sharpie as liquid eyeliner before...it was probably terrible for me and I will probably be looked down upon for it but I could care less..it looked better, stayed on longer and washed off just as easily..!
I always spit on my hand and use that instead of any water to wet anything haha..I also use spit instead of make up remover if I make a mistake...I'm nasty, but I find it funnier than nasty so I'm okay admitting it.

I spray hairspray onto a cotton bud and smooth my eyebrows that way, also I get like a toothpick and after I apply mascara, I separate all my lashes and put them where I want them :)

I use the spoolie on the end of my eyebrow pencil to comb through the clumps of my mascara. I find that it helps separate my lashes really well. Also, I put highlighter on my cleavage if I need more va va voom

i have to wash my brushes every monday and i use makeup remover wipes to take my brushes everyday lol i cant use dirty brushes!

I use a velcro hair roll on my lashes to separate and curl them. don;t use this technique on clients, freaks people out, but it works!
