I use dudu osun African black soap. It has really cleared my skin and the dark acne marks. I brought it from amazon and just ordered another three bars.
It can dry out your skin if you use too much too often. I usually was twice a day with a small amount and I love it because it has no harsh chemicals and removes all makeup with ease.
Well for the oily skin you have to use a facial cleanser foam..dont use any ordinary soap bcoz soap damage ur skin more.try the products of Dr. Med Christine Schrammek.they have really great products and they r also specialist for those skins like yours!
After cleaning ur face with a cleanser foam, use tonic water and a special day-/night cream for your skin.and of course u have to drink a lot of mineral water w/out soda..
Honestly sweetie Id look into getting an estetician or recommendation from a doctor, or go into a Sephora for a skin care consultation. You can try TONS of things but you have to learn about your skin in order to be successful in your desired result. <3 hope this helps!
U have the same problem what I use is cetaphil gentle skin cleanser then a prescribed pimple cream called epiduo then cetaphil's moisturizing lotion, I use it twice a day and I had to cut wayyyy back on my chocolate and sweets (coming from a girl who lived of sweets until the age of 7 and has had a problem with sweets for years)
I've heard that using a light sweeping of Milk of Magesia on your face is great at controlling oil. I actually got some today to try it out ( i have SUPER oily skin), so not sure if it's a myth or not.
