Brush your hair before you take a shower and brush it again after the shower (If you need to) when your hair is still damp then apply some type of hair oil from ear, down to the tips of your hair. Don't brush your hair after it is completley dry because that will cause a whole lot of frizz! (I like to use Moroccan oil or Argon oil!) Try also using a deep conditioning treatment once or twice a week, that will restore a lot of moisture back into your hair but don't do it more than twice a week because your hair could start rejecting the nutrients. Oh and try not to use any heat on your hair, or if you do use heat regularly, try just giving it a break for a week or so and see how your hair reacts! I hope this helps :D
After bleaching my hair, my hair became very dry and fizzy. To combat this, I deep conditioned my hair once a week. Aussie's Deeeeeep Conditioner works really well at takes only 3 minutes.
If you want something more intense, try mixing 1 parts your regular conditioner with 1 parts honey, banana, and cinnamon. Work it through clean, dry hair and wrap your hair up in a plastic bag or plastic wrap. Leave on your head for 20 minutes then shampoo and wash as normal.
I agree with Monica on not brushing your hair a lot. But make sure to not brush after shower because it will damage your hair. Use a leave in conditioner like Garnier triple nutrition everyday and use a soft elastic to keep it tidy until ou want to keep I down. Keep it hydrated with oils or nutrition sprays (also by Garnier) so the cuticle doesn't peel open to allow moisture in to frizz your hair and expand
I've been looking up ways to keep hair healthy and I've heard that if you make an egg mask with an egg or two and olive oil, mix well, apply to hair, cover with a cap or plastic wrap, keep warm, wash off, it helps to tame your frizzy, dead hair. Its a little smelly but its worth it. Also, try not to use heat products as much!
When your in the shower use a conditioner to make it not so frizzy and before you get out of the shower rinse your hair with cold water it also makes it less frizzy
i also use a leave in coditioner after i come out the shower too and if your hair gets frizzy blast it with cold air with a hair dryer. i also loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Paul Mitchell serum first it smells fantasticccc and it works or biosilk that you can get at target ; )
Organic Coconut oil is amazing for deep hair treatments! Also everyday in the shower leave ur conditioner in for 2-3 mins! Those extra mins a day goes a long way after a while! Another thing, you should NEVER sleep with conditioner in your hair nor sleep with wet hair, your not allowing your hair follicles on ur head breathe and the humidity rots ur follicles making ur hair fall out.... so um no! lol. ummm there are tons of homemade masks with eggs and avocados and honey that are great! But stinky, theres a moroccan oil or argan oil that smells amazing and de frizzes ur hair!!

Try Matrix Biolage Smooth Therapie, i think Ulta sells it, kinda pricey but if you don't want frizzy dry hair anymore, this is it!!

Also, I use a comb or round brush with water to not irritate my frizzy hair

Deep condition and use a hair oil when you get out o the shower. You can even leave deep conditioners in over night.

Lush's Jasmine & Henna Fluff Eaze is probably the best hair mask for this.
Use Moroccan Oil (the organix brand is nice if you can't buy the actual brand), PHYTO's relaxing hair balm, Chi Silk Infusion, etc :)
