With hazel eyes, you can choose whether you want to bring out the brown, or the green. Play around with colours to see what you like :)
Green eyes look best with red, purple or red/purple based eyeshadows (you don't always have to use a bright colour, a warm red based brown will really bring your eyes out)
I also find that gold or brown eyeliner look stunning against green eyes.
Brown eyes look best with blues and greens :)
Hope I helped!

I have hazel eyes too, you honestly can wear almost any color with hazel eyes. if you want to bring out the green specifically in them though I have always found that warm neutrals, like copper, bronze, peachy beiges, and golds along with burgandies and plum shades make my eyes look more green than brown.

I have olive green hazel eyes and I agree with Zoe. All those types of colors really make the green more noticeable.

I have hazel eyes and I can rock almost any color eye liner, eye shadow because of this! I love that if I am feeling adventurous I can wear a bright teal or purple, but if I have to be professional then I can wear a red based brown and still make my eyes very bright. There is this eye liner I found about three years ago [I think they discontinued it :( ] that is a very bright copper color that is more towards gold and that used to make my eyes extremely bright! I had a lot of people tell me that they almost were a topaz color :) if you want them to pop, anything plum, blue, or gold! Hope this helped
