being so young, all you really need is some mascara, maybe a natural looking eyeshadow if you would like, some tinted lipbalm, and maybe some concealer if you ever get a spot. :) don't start out by wearing a lot of makeup, gradually make your way up

eye liner being so young focus on making your eye pop I think thats truly everyones best feature. Also there are alot of great videos on here

I'm 13 and I started wearing make up last year. I usually wear concealer and occasionally foundation depending on how my freckles look or if I have a break out . Then top brown eyeliner pencil with a neutral eye. And mascara with a light pink blush with a not to bright lip gloss. My tip to you have your mum approve it before you leave the house you may not believe it but she knows best . Good luck !
