With drugstore (It's in the name) you can get it from a drugstore. Brands like Maybeline, Rimmel, Covergirl etc.
Higher end. Tends to be more expensive and in most cases, better quality. You can find these in Sephoras. Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Dior and basically ones you can't get in a drugstore. Hope this makes sense :)
I agree with Olivia, in some cases the High end stuff is better quality. but in some cases it just not. It just depend on your prefrence and what works for you. MACis high end make up yet I gotta tell you, from a personal expriance, I was way better off purchesing drug store brands.
The name mainly says it all drugtore is stuff at walmart, target, or go figure drug stores ;) High end is products that are much more pricey and generally better made. Most of it is worth the price although you can generally find drug store products that are about the same. Good luck!
I honestly think it depends on what product you are getting. Things like mascara, lipstick, moisturizer, and make up wipes are all things i would get at Walmart or Target. These products in my experience ARE ALMOST ALWAYS THE SAME QUALITY no matter what brand. (also keeping in mind that mascara has a MAX SHELF LIFE of 8 months on average). As for Foundation, eye shadows and and blush...id say stick to the good stuff because that is the stuff that makes your makeup stand out
