Bobbi Brown, definitely! If you're investing and want a pricey but amazing one- that's the one to get!

I agree with Andrea F. You can't go wrong with Bobbi Brown gel eyeliners. I live in FL where its hot and super humid and it will last me till I'm ready to take it off at night. Well worth it.
