the quickest way would be to buy a wave texturizing spray. you spray it in your hair and it gives you beachy waves :) you could also braid your hair and leave it overnight.
I use Granier Fructis Surf Hair, its a texture paste that holds in the wave without that "gel" look. I dampen my hair with a spray bottle filled with water then work the paste in there scrunching my hair with my hands and fingers. It works pretty well!
I agree with Leeann. Granier Fructis Surf Hair is amazing. I use it in my hair when it's still wet from when I wash it and let it air dry. Great texture, no heavy stickiness. Great for the summer.
