I dont us any heat on my hair, i deep condition every other day. trim my ends regularly and my hair still looks frazzled. its shiny but not to soft. any ideas on why it still weak and braking?

I am not sure about why that is but I can suggest a spray! V05 miracle mist is incredible, sounds like my hair and this stuff has been amazing on my hair! Super cheap as well!
