I have very thin nails and I'm taking hair skin and nails vitamins (which seems to make them longer but not a bit thicker): ! They're very ...bendy and tend to break easily because of it .Any way to keep from breaking or strengthening ?

Maybe try a Nailtek Strengthening system? Or a clear polish that can help strengthen them. I find my nails are stronger when they have polish on them to sort of thicken them up... but I'm no expert. Make sure you're paying attention to the foods you're eating too, because having a healthy diet is one of the best things you can do for yourself beauty-wise!

i swear by OPI Nail Envy. i use it as a base coat for all my manis. my nails rarely brake, split or peal now. i'll show you some before and afters

If you just go to a drugstore like CVS and look at the nail polishes Sally Hansen has a lot of base coats or strengtheners. Just look to see which one fits your specific needs. They are all great :) This is a picture of my nails I grew out using Sally Hansen hard as nails base coat :)

have you tried hard as hoof? its a nail strengthener. i just started it like 3 days ago so cant tell ya the results yet but maybe something to try. they sell it at Walmart for 4 something

my nails were exactly the same last month! all i did was stop wearing nail polish and keep cutting them as short as i could every two days. after doing that for 3 weeks i then let them grow and they are ALOT stronger, do NOT peel and the tips are actually white for the first time in a long time.
