ive heard rants & raves about the garnier BB cream & Lioele BB creams. i have tried skin79, feels nice on the skin but i find them to be slightly similar to a tinted moisturizer (in my opinion) & i need more than a sheer coverage (:

I bought the garnier bb cream in medium/dark & i love it! i usually use it as a primer before i apply foundation because it has everything from sunscreen to moisturizer, it does wonders but now its summer so i just apply the bb cream & i look great anyways. i love it!!! & its not expensive so that's always a plus.

I also like the Garnier BB Cream- its creamy and leaves your skin silky and dewey- you might need to layer on the powder if you have oily skin because it is a little shiny. Three dollops is almost full coverage for me, better with concealer. I want to try so many others though! <3

I've tried the Garnier & Smashbox's BB Creams. I really like Garnier! It's not awesome for an oily skin type like me but I still really enjoy it because it gives you a light coverage and a natural dewey finish. I've heard rants about this one though, from people who've tried real original BB creams who say that this formula isn't true to 'real' BB creams. The Smashbox one has more coverage and staying power but it feels sticky upon application and isn't silky like Garnier. I think it's a cool new product and am excited to see more brands come up with their different versions of it!!!

Garnier seems to be winning so far then?

I want to try Garnier BB cream (heard good and bad thing about garnier's BB) but I don't have good impressions with BB creams because they smell weird (weirdest so far I've smelled would be bio-essence; though some people LOVE the smell O-o) so I'm sticking to one BB cream called GOWOONSESANG Brightening Balm SPF 30 PA++, doesn't smell weird and have quite a high coverage!

The Lioele bb cream is my all time favorite! it provides excellent while still feeling light and ive found that it has improved the condition of my skin in regards to brightness and clarity c:

MAC BB cream which is sold only in Asia is coming to the US in the fall. Stay tuned. There are limited colors however. Only 3 shades. Its going to come in a liquid and compact form.

The Garnier one has a VERY strong perfume scent, which I'm not a fan of. It does seem to stay on a little longer than my Physician's Formula Tinted SPF, but other than that it really doesn't seem to do much difference. Very light coverage, only SPF 15 and didn't say anything about help preventing acne which I thought BB creams did. But I do enjoy it for the summer.

I have both the skin79& garnier bbcream , i use them for day wear foundation, but i also use the skin79 as a primer for under my foundation if i want fullcoverage, i find the garnier bbcream fine by itself but to thick to use as a base.

The Smashbox, Maybelline, MAC, and Garnier BB creams are nothing more than overglorified tinted moisturizers. And everything I've read about western BB creams has been bad -- as in, the products suck.

Liole, on the other hand, is an Asian brand that makes a REAL BB cream. Other brands include Skin79 and Missha.

garnier is pretty good (my mom uses it a lot) but i think it smells pretty strongly like perfume. i was using the one by skin79 but it's too light for me and also super thin but incredibly moisturizing and softening. i haven't used the smashbox ones but i've tested them out in store and like them a lot and am going to purchase one myself.

Garnier BB cream is my LIFE SAVER. I really hate wearing a thick foundation in the summer, so wearing a BB cream that still gives me decent coverage (I don't need as much coverage in the summer, when I am tan.) is the best feeling in the world to me! I suggest that everybody should at least try one BB cream. Check out my blog for a review on the Garnier BB cream! http://superkenziebug6.blogspot.com/2012/06/garnier-skin-renew-miracle-skin.html

I've only tried the Garnier one, and it's ok. I just use a really small amount to even out skintone. I find that if you use more, like if you want more pigmentation, you need to set it with a powder. Other than that, I really like it

I loathe Garnier BB cream. There is an odor to it - "old lady" smell - and it feels greasy to me. It's not a real BB cream at all but rather more of a tinted moisturizer. If you want real BB cream get a Korean brand like Skin79 - or the authentic German BB cream.

I've used the Skin79 and Holika Holika Peach Girl BB Cream. They are both Korean brands and the originators of BB creams. I've tried the Marcelle one and I didn't like it a tall...doesn't even compare to the Korean Brands. I haven't tried any other North American brands though.

I am currently using the Skin79 BB Cream Gold Label, foundations (in general) feel heavier than bb creams do and are also a lot more noticeable.
Sometimes I only apply BB cream partially on my nose, chin or under eye circles and since it adapts to my skin tone my face looks perfectly even. It's absorbed quickly, it feels like you are wearing absolutely nothing on your skin and it covers a lot more than a tinted moisturizer.
