oh thanks, i too dont wash my face every night because then my face gets too dry. i dont wear make up though but when i do i'll try this!

oh wow ive never heard of doing this. i generally use a moisturizing mask every night..and then dab on some of my acne cream and then lotion. clear skin, moisturized :) but i will definetly give this a try (if i can get my hands on olive oil...that stuff is pricey!)

my sister never use to wash her face and it messed up her face real bad thats why they say never sleep with makeup. but i will def try that olive oil

I agree with the method, but not the oil. You want to use Castor oil as your base oil and mix it with your oil of choice. Olive, apricot, grapeseed and almond are the most common. The oiler you are, the more castor oil you want to use in your mixture. As your skin begins to normalize with consistant use, adjust the castor oil to fit your skins needs. Be sure to remove with a hot towel and you can add a little bit more oil as your moisturizer if you feel its needed. I follow up with my favorite night cream. Enjoy!
