Have you thought about maybe getting extensions to add volume that always helps If you don't want to cut it
there are lots of products out there that will help with that. One product that my coworks swear by is Paul Mitchel Lemon Sage (Tea Tree) Thickening spray. You spray it in the hair when its damp and blow dry it, and it gives you volume nad thickness. There also mousses and serums that will help you out. Also, try using a volumizing shampoo and conditioner! (perferable salon brand ;])
Hi! Since you want to cut it into a bob and it's thin the perfect haircut for you would be what is called a "stacked bob" http://www.hairstyles-plus.com/imag...
A good way to create the illusion of fuller hair is to get a cut with the right length (for your face shape) of layers. I have thin hair and it helps a lot! I also love using a small, maybe dime sized amount, of both got2b Styl-tini Double Shot 24 Hour hair thickener and got2b Fatten Up thickening paste. I add it to a bit of the crown area (avoiding the front/bangs) and then rub it downwards to my ends. (Add both when your hair is still damp.) Then I use a round brush and blow out my hair. Hope this helps!
I dont know if your getting it bobbed because you want it to look fuller or just because you want to, but if you want to keep longer hair, I would get your hair layered then get some cute side swept bangs, or full bangs. My friend did this and she looks absolutely amazing with it. :)

I have very fine and thin hair (yay!) and I have the stacked bob. I LOVE it. It's easy to take care of and style and always looks polished.
