i love my sigma f80 honestly and i love it. right now im obsessed and in love with the beauty blender but its pricy theyre about the same price but ones a sponge. also if you're just trying out brushes i tottally suggest Elf Powder brush for founation kinda similiar to the sigma f80 but for 3$ :D great brush just to try out, when you have the money invest in the sigma f80 they're very similiar
Either the real techniques buffing brush or expert face brush both give a flawless finish and can create either a natural or full coverage look. Amazing brushes!
I love using regular old makeup wedge sponges, latex-free. I use it damp and the finish is very natutal looking. By using it damp, you dont waste as much product either because a dry sponge will just absorb your foundation. I also like using a foundation brush. It can look streaky, but you just have to play around and use patting motions to get it to look flawless. And as always, use very little product!

I really like elf's powder brush and my Sonia Kashuk flat top (forgot the exact name) brush. Both buff and blend in foundation beautifully. You should look into a beauty blender too. Those things work wonders!
Well, are you looking for specific models or just types? I really love stippling brushes, angled foundation brushes and also any kind of domed fluffy foundation brush. The ones I use most I use the most are the F50 by Sigma, and the LY34 by Louise Young, and the BC240 which is by Royal and Langnickel.
I have been wanting the beauty blender for a while...many pros use it so it must rock. I have the MAC brush and before I bought it I used the one that comes with the costco set...let me tell you that there's no difference at all except that the costco deal is awesome (the whole set it about $20). I have learned that most foundation brushes are extremely similar so might as well save some money and get a cheap one OR invest and get the beauty blender. Hope this helps.

I've recently started wearing liquid foundation again but I don't have the proper brush for it.
I know a lot of people like the beautyblender, Sigma's F80, or MAC's foundation brush but I don't know which one is best.
Suggestions?

I use the Bobbi Brown foundation brush which cost about $60 NZD, so expensive for a brush but so good! it's really soft.
