Try something stickier. Mac's Fix+ is primarily water so once it evaporates, it won't hold the shadow. I find Fyrinnae's Pixy Epoxy very effective. YouTube's QueenofBlending uses SP loose shadows and various glitters often and uses a drug store product that seems to work too. I can't think of the name (hopefully it isn't the LA Splash). My experience with Pixy Epoxy is great because you can apply it on top of matte shades (crease/outer corner) without disturbing it. In a pinch, try pure veg glycerin, which is one of the main ingredients in Fix+.
Like everyone else I have been completely enamored by Sugarpill, and recently I put my money down on four of their pigments. They always go on perfectly but by the end of the day it seems like they just fall off, as if they where just loose glitters that weren't applied well. I have tried various mixing mediums from water, to Mac's Fix +, Visine and LA Splash, but I always have the same out come. Can you guys give me some tips and tricks on how I can make these awesome pigments stick to my eyes?!

Personally I've never had that problem! I usually apply them dry or foil them with just water over a primer!
