My prom is coming up and I dot know what type of eye make up should I do. My dress is black with a tinge of red :) I decided red for my lips but not sure for my eyes. Any suggestions?
If you're doing red lips, I would keep the eyes pretty neutrally, but still very glam and pretty for prom. If your dress has silver accents, go for a silver smokey eye. If your dress has more of gold accents go for a gold and brown smokey eye.
Or if that's too much go for a very neutral smokey eye, but add glitter on the lid ( or have a shimmery crease color) to have some sparkle for prom.
I have a gold smokey eye if you want to check it out on my channel. But good luck and enjoy Prom, I had mine in April and I loved it! :)
I agree, your going to rock a bold red lip (good for you! rock it!) so I would leave the lips as your focus and go simple on the eyes. Personally, I would go with a natural brown smokey eye, but jazz it up with some thick, winged, black liner. And if your up for it, throw some glitter on top of the liner!
