well first u grabe a light nude color and just swipe some underneith your bows. then cotinue with the rest of your eye shadow and, WALLA! your shadow and under brow blends perfectly!
Just use primer or concealer. That's what it's for :P
adding a mixing medium also helps pigments become more vibrant

Mac fix plus...spray your brush and then dip it in your eyeshadow it makes it come out bolder
