I have a black pencil eyeliner from a brand called "Palladio." It's pretty good. Also, I have a Loreal eye pencil that works well for the waterline. As for gel eyeliner, I have Maybelline.

Def a gel liner kind of girl...its super easy to apply and can be used for simple looks or dramatic. Smashbox, Tarte, STILLA, to name a few tht I have and love! ; )

maybelline gel eye liner! I've used a lot of liners before and this works the best for me. it comes with a brush which is actually great for applying liner! I'm really happy with it and it's staying power

I used to by Mac's liquid liner but I am in love with E.L.F.'s cream liner.

Wet N' Wild has a 99 cent liner that sticks to your water line amazingly. I personally LOVE CoverGirl's 'Perfect Point Plus'. I have it in black onyx and it is gorgeous. It's easy to use, and comes with a smudger for about 7 dollars.

currently rocking loreal lacquer liner. it's like a gel. loooooove it. i also love elf's gel liners. great for $3 :)
