I have naturally very dry lips. I love the Lorac Vitamin E stick it is amazing....
I also make a sugar scrub and that helps a lot too.
Just add sugar, olive oil together until it turns into a paste.

You can invest in the Rosebuds lip salves or the Sephora brand lip balm, both work great :)
