I'm looking for a pencil or stick eyeliner that comes in loads of colors and has good color payoff? Anyone know some for a good price?

Wet n Wild has some that are cheap and in various colors, not too sure what the color pay off is though!

Rimmels Soft Kohl Pencil. I believe its around 2.50. I have been using it for year and never buy anything else, Goes on smoothly, very pigmented, and lasts longs.They have a bunch of other colors too.

I buy mine from the local drugstore and they are just regular pencil eyeliners but they come in a lot of colors and only .99¢
